Deadline to Enter: The deadline to enter Free Car Friday is the Thursday before Free Car Friday.

Entry Limit: One entry per person who has followed all of the guidelines to enter. Multiple nominations will be accepted for the same person.

Potential Winner Notification: Starting the first business day of the month we will start accepting nominations for someone in need. We encourage you to nominate someone you know who is in need a vehicle. This can be yourself as well. The Taylor Automotive Family will review all nominations then select a group of finalists. From this group of finalists, a winner will be chosen and announced on our Free Car Friday Facebook live. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner must have Valid Mailing address within Ohio, Michigan or Indiana. No other state entries will be accepted.

Prize Details:

(a) The Grand Prize Winner will receive a pre-owned vehicle announced at the beginning of each month.

• (i) Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) will depend on the vehicle chosen that particular month.
• (ii) Anticipated Prize Fulfillment Date: TBD by Taylor Automotive in its sole and absolute discretion.
• (iii) Prize Fulfillment Location: TBD. Toledo, Perrysburg, Findlay or Lima Ohio.
• (iv) State Taxes and Fees associated with the purchase will be covered by the dealer. However, winner will still be liable for state lottery tax at the end of the taxable year. Winner must be a US citizen residing within the continental USA. Winner will need to take delivery of winning vehicle at one of our participating dealerships in TOLEDO, PERRYSBURG, FINDLAY or LIMA Ohio.

(b) Cash Alternative. If Winner does not wish to take delivery of the Grand Prize, does not wish to accept one of the Grand Prize options presented by Sponsor (as applicable), for any reason, including without limitation due to legal restrictions, a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason, the Winner may elect to take a cash alternative of $5,000 (USD) (the “Cash Alternative”). No additional prizes or compensation of any kind will be provided if the Cash Alternative is awarded.

Eligibility and Restrictions: Individuals may not win more than one "Free Car Friday" prize within a 12-month period.

Age to enter: You must be at least 18 years old to enter.

Entry is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. In certain jurisdictions, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation.
